| ComplyWell
Compliance Inspection Management System |
|

Used at 5 major
manufacturing facilities, this multi-user tool manages the critical
compliance inspection process, providing all users with up to the second
information on every request, response, document and subject matter expert
interview. ComplyWell contains a
complete change log, and the historical record over time allows companies to
identify trends in inspectors' requests and tendencies. Performance metrics measure time required
to answer every request. ComplyWell tracks what documents have been retained
by the inspectors. Unlike other
applications of its type, ComplyWell is easy to learn and uses an Excel front
end. Like riding a bicycle, once users are trained they do not forget how to
use this tool, which may be called into service on no notice 3 or 4 times a
year. |

MATRIX Database of Databases |

Large
Corporations have multiple corporate databases (Change Control, NC/CAPA,
Maintenance Work Orders, Documents, Drawings,....) all with unique and
limited search and retrieval capabilities.
An exhaustive investigation searching each database in turn could take
weeks and require the user to be familiar with multiple user interfaces. The MATRIX pre-compiles key fields from
each database and aggregates the results into one common interface that can
search all corporate data simultaneously.
Output hyperlinks the user back to the source database. Implemented at
6 major facilities, estimated annual savings in time is well over $1,000,000. |

tool manages resources, schedules and cash flows for the portfolio of capital
construction projects at 3 major manufacturing facilities. The PPM solves the vexing problem of
managing a slew of projects without the overhead of a long learning curve
associated with other project portfolio management software programs.
Integration with corporate ERP systems eliminates double entry of purchase
order and invoice information for cash flow and budget reporting. |

Each user is
presented with a list of all projects where he/she has been assigned tasks
and can verify or modify the estimated and actual time required for each
project on a weekly basis. The Project
Managers have total visibility to all resources, budgets, cash flows and
schedules and can quickly adjust to changes.

All of the above
applications have a common "look and feel" to facilitate training
and retention. Few of these applications require installation of additional
software on the users' computers.
Users work off of one read-only master document located on the
corporate file server. No additional
login is required. User access is
controlled by Active Directory, if the user has access to the folder
containing the application, the user can run the application. All applications contain log files that
track each user's activity. Very low
overhead :). All applications can be
quickly modified to use whatever back end database is your corporate standard
(SQL Server, Oracle, Access, Progress...)
We can validate all of these applications and implement change control
if so desired. |
